Holistic Healing: The Effects of Domestic Violence

Description: "Holistic Healing: The Effects of Domestic Violence " is focused on learning and understanding the effects of domestic violence on someones physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. During this workshop we will discuss tools that can be helpful to start healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually; while understanding and connecting more with our bodies and nervous system. We will do this through a short presentation, discussion, an art and journaling activity, while ending the workshop with a mini virtual sound bath.
