Healing Through Sound

Giselle will lead a sound bath for all participants for 45min-1hr.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. During this sound bath Giselle will only use the the crystal singing bowls, which will consist of 7 bowls for each energy point in the body (chakras).

What you will need with you:

A bed or yoga mat, blanket, pillow (if you would like)

Overall, "Healing Through Sound" is an essential practice for anyone  who simply want to learn more about holistical therapies available to them in their journey toward healing.
